- 1 TBSP Olive Oil
- 1 C Whole Wheat Couscous
- 3/4 C Fat-Free Chicken Broth
- 1/2 C Water
- 1/4 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 tsp Lemon Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/2 C Sun-Dried Tomatoes, drained and chopped
- 1/4 C Fresh Cilantro, chopped
In a large saucepan or saute pan bring the water, chicken broth, olive oil and dry spices to a boil.
Stir in the couscous, tomatoes, cilantro. Cover, remove from heat and let sit for 5 minutes.
Fluff with a fork before serving. This can be served warm or at room temperature depending on your taste.
