Sauteed Mushrooms

  • 8 oz. Sliced Mushrooms
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • 1 TBSP Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Raw Sugar
  • Sprinkle of Sea Salt, Black Pepper, Garlic Powder, Parsley, and Red Pepper Flakes
Heat the olive oil in a small skillet over medium heat. When warm, add the mushrooms and season with the spices. 

Allow to cook for 3-5 minutes. Stir and add the balsamic vinegar. Allow to cook, stirring occasionally, until the vinegar begins to thicken slightly and the mushrooms are crisp-tender.

Stir in the sugar, cook 1 minute more and remove from heat. Add to your favorite dish for a tangy twist!
