Almond Butter Cookies

  • 1 C Almond Butter
  • 1 C Sugar
  • 1 Large Egg
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and prepare cookie sheets with Silpats or parchment paper. Combine all ingredients in a small to medium-sized bowl, stir until combined. 

Place the cookie dough 2-inches apart on the prepared cookie sheets by the heaping teaspoonful. 

Use a for to press a criss-cross patter over the top of each ball of dough (this will slightly flatten the dough because the cookies will not spread on their own).

Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool slightly before removing them to a wire cooling rack. Store in an airtight container.
