Wheat Beer Bread

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease a 9x5 inch loaf pan.

Sift all of the dry ingredients together by stirring with a fork. Add the beer and stir to combine. You'll want to use a sturdy wooden spoon at this point because the batter will be incredibly stiff.

Once all of the dry ingredients are incorporated, shovel the dough into the prepared loaf pan and mold it into the corners of the pan. Pour the melted butter over the top and bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes or until golden brown and crisp on top.

Allow to cool 10-15 minutes in the pan on a wire rack and then shake the loaf free from the pan (you may need a knife to loosen the edges). Allow the loaf to cool completely before slicing.
