- 4 Avocados
- 16 oz. Fat Free Sour Cream
- 2 (10 oz.) Cans Original Rotel
- 1 TBSP Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Salt
- Juice of 1 Lemon
- 3 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
Halve, pit and scoop the fleshy part of avocado into a food processor.
Add all remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Note-The lemon juice is added to prevent the browning of the avocados. Over blending can contribute to the browning. If your dip is a tan color when you finish it is still edible, just less appetizing to look at. If the brown color bothers you (and it does bother me) you can add 5-10 drops of green food coloring to your finished dip. Go easy though, while you don't want a brown dip, you probably don't want a neon green one either.
Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving. Any leftovers can be stored in the fridge for 3-5 days.
