Berry Crunch Parfait

  • 1/4 C Non-Fat Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 3 Strawberries, sliced or chopped
  • 4 Blackberries
  • 5 Raspberries
  • 10 Blueberries
  • 1/4 C Craisins
  • 1/4 C Granola (I use Bear Naked Fit-Vanilla Almond Crunch)
Place a small dollop of yogurt in the bottom of your glass/bowl and sprinkle with granola. Then add your first layer of berries (I chose blueberries. Feel free to use whatever your little heart desires!) Repeat: Yogurt, granola, berries until you've used them all (Craisins included). Use any leftover fruit on top.
