- 4 Slices French Bread (I used homemade wheat French bread, but other varieties will also work)
- 2 TBSP Butter, melted
- Sea Salt, Garlic Powder, Onion Powder and Parsley for Sprinkling
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. If necessary, slice your bread into 1/2 inch thick slices. Spread the melted butter over one side of each slice using a pastry or basting brush and set butter side up on a baking sheet lined with foil.
Lightly sprinkle one seasoning at a time over the slices of buttered bread until the pieces are evenly coated with each all seasonings. Pop into the preheated oven for about 5 minutes. Remove, flip the slices over and repeat the butter and seasoning process. Place the bread back into the oven for another 3-5 minutes or until crispy and golden brown. Enjoy as a side to your favorite Italian dish!
