- 1 Banana, peeled
- 2 oz. Kahlua
- 1 oz. White Rum
- 2 oz. Fat-Free Half and Half
- 2 tsp Powdered Sugar
- 1 -1 1/2 C Ice
In a blender combine all ingredients except the ice. Blend on a medium speed just until the banana is smooth. Add the ice and use the "ice crush" until the ice chips become small enough to fit through a straw (obviously you're just eyeballing it).
Serve in a chilled cocktail glass of your choice and garnish with a banana slice and a swirl of chocolate syrup. (Recipe serves 2-3 depending on how thirsty you are).
