- 1 C Vanilla Yogurt (I used Greek yogurt)
- 2 TBSP Brown Sugar
- 1 TSP Cinnamon
Combine cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl. Add the yogurt and stir until the cinnamon and brown sugar are well incorporated (no clumps of cinnamon or sugar--check the sides and bottom of the bowl where clumps like to hide out).
Cover and refrigerate 1-2 hours to allow the flavors to meld. Serve chilled with your choice of fruit; my favorite combinations are strawberries, grapes, honeydew melon, apples (not pictured) and cantaloupe.
