- 1 TBSP Butter
- 2 oz. Fat-Free Cream Cheese
- 1/4 C Fat-Free Half and Half
- 5 TBSP Reduced Fat (if available) Grated Parmesan Cheese
- 1 1/2 tsp Garlic Powder, or to taste
- Pepper to Taste
In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt the butter. Add the cream cheese and garlic powder. Stir frequently until the cream cheese has melted. The sauce will be thick and lumpy at this point.
Reduce the heat to medium-low and add the half and half. Continue to whisk until the sauce begins to come together. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and whisk until well combined.
Season with black pepper and additional garlic powder if desired. Serve warm over your favorite dish!
