Sour Cream Chicken Bake

  • 2/3 C Plain Breadcrumbs
  • 1 (.4 oz) Packet Ranch Salad Dressing Mix
  • 1 tsp Dried Basil
  • 1/3 C Fat-Free Sour Cream
  • 4 Boneless, Skinless Chicken Breasts, fat trimmed
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees and spray a 9x13 inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. In a shallow bowl, combine the ranch mix, bread crumbs and basil. Place sour cream in a separate bowl.

One at a time, dip chicken breasts into the sour cream, coating well. Then roll each chicken breast into the crumb mixture. Place in the prepared baking dish and bake for 18-24 minutes or until juices run clear.
