Combine all of the dough ingredients in the bread machine in the order suggested by the manual. Set the machine on the dough cycle. Meanwhile, grease a 9x13 glass baking dish and set aside.
When the dough cycle is complete, lightly flour a large surface and rolling pin. Turn the dough out on the prepared surface and roll into a rectangle until the dough is approximately 1/4-inch thick.
Using a pastry brush, spread the 1/3 cup melted butter over the rolled dough. Leave a 1-inch border around the edges of the dough (the filling ingredients will spread as you roll the dough). Sprinkle the remaining filling ingredients over the buttered dough.
Starting with one of longest sides, tightly roll the dough into a cylinder shape. Then, using a sharp knife, cut the dough log into 1-inch pieces and place the pieces into the prepared baking dish flat side down. Continue until all of the dough has been cut and placed into the baking dish. Cover the dish loosely with a towel and set in a warm, dry location and allow the dough to rise 20-30 minutes.
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Bake the cinnamon rolls for 20-30 minutes or until the dough is slightly golden, be careful not to burn them. There's a very fine line between fully baked cinnamon rolls and over-baked cinnamon rolls...you don't want the latter.
While the rolls bake, prepare the icing. Combine the cream cheese, butter and vanilla extract in a small mixing bowl using an electric mixer. Slowly add the powdered sugar until the icing reaches the desired texture.
Remove the cinnamon rolls from the oven and slather them with the icing. Serve immediately or cover and reheat 12-15 seconds in the microwave later.
