Springtime White Chocolate Pretzel Rods

  • 1 Package Large Pretzel Rods
  • 18-20 oz. White Chocolate Bark or Candy Coating
  • Flaked Coconut and/or Pastel Sprinkles
Place the white chocolate in a microwave safe dish and microwave on 50% power for 30 second intervals, stirring in between, until the it is melted smooth.

Either one at a time, or, if you're ambitious, 3-4 at a time dip pretzel rods into the melted chocolate and fully coat each one using a spoon to help reach. Be sure to leave a handle (1-2 inches of naked pretzel).

After coated evenly, lightly shake each pretzel over the bowl to remove any excess chocolate. Place on a sheet of wax paper. Select your topping of choice, or a variety and top the white chocolate dipped pretzels before the chocolate solidifies. Let the finished pretzel rods set at room temperature until the white chocolate is completely hardened and solid to the touch. Store in an airtight container at room temperature.
