- 1 Can Garbanzo Beans (or Chick Peas), drained reserving 1/4 C liquid
- 1 TBSP Garlic, minced
- Juice of 1 Large Lemon, or to taste
- 2 TBSP Tahini
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/4 C Sun-Dried Tomatoes
- 1 TBSP Oil from Sun-Dried Tomatoes
Combine all ingredients except for the sun-dried tomatoes in a food processor. Blend approximately 3 minutes on a low speed until smooth. Add the sun-dried tomatoes and pulse several times until they are chopped into small pieces.
Place in a serving bowl and serve with toasted pita bread.
