Greek Yogurt Chocolate Icing

  • 1 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
  • 1/2 C Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips
This is going to be really complicated...so pay attention ;)

Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat on 50% power for 1 minute, then stir. Continue to microwave on 50% power for 30 second intervals, stirring in between until melted smooth. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 10 minutes before use.

Spread over the top of your favorite cupcakes or sweet bread!
