- 4 Boneless Pork Chops, fat trimmed
- 2 tsp Seasoning Salt
- 1 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- 2 tsp Paprika
- 2 tsp Rubbed Sage
- 1 tsp Black Pepper
- 1 TBSP Butter
In a shallow bowl, combine all the spices. Completely cover each pork chop in the mixture, shaking off any excess. Set the coated pork chops aside while the pan heats.
Melt the butter in a large skillet over high heat, just until the butter begins to bubble. Reduce the heat to medium and add the pork chops.
Cook 5-8 minutes on each side, or until the chops are dark brown (mine typically blacken a bit around the edges, but the taste or moisture is not affected).
