- 1/2 C Fat-Free Sour Cream
- 1 1/2 TSBP Lime Juice
- 1 TBSP Chives, chopped
- 1/8 tsp Sea Salt
- 1/4 tsp Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
Combine all ingredients in a small bowl and stir well to combine. Refrigerate until ready to serve, or at least 2 hours to meld the flavors.
