- 1 Large Banana, peeled
- 1/2 C Dark Chocolate Chips
- 3 oz. Skim Milk
- 1/2 C Vanilla Greek Yogurt
- Pinch of Salt
- 4 Handfuls of Ice
Place dark chocolate chips in a microwave safe bowl and microwave for 2 minutes on 50% power, stirring every 30 seconds, until the chips are melted smoothly. Set aside to cool slightly.
Place the banana and yogurt in a blender and puree until smooth. Add the salt and chocolate and blend until well incorporated.
Slowly add the milk to ensure that your mixture doesn't become too thin. When you've reach the desired consistency, add the ice one handful at a time, blending in between each addition. When all of the ice has been crushed, pour into glasses and serve. This makes 2-4 servings depending on the serving size.
