Creamy Cilantro

  • 2 C Fat-Free Sour Cream
  • 1/2 C Salsa Verde
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • Juice of 1/2 of a Lime
  • 1 tsp Sea Salt
  • 2 C Fresh Cilantro, large stems removed
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic, minced
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. Refrigerate 1-2 hours to meld the flavors before serving. Serve with toasted tortillas, tortilla chips or over your  favorite Mexican or Tex-Mex dish. Refrigerate the leftovers for up to 10 days.
