S'more Brownies

  • 1 1/2 C Sugar
  • 3/4 C Butter, melted
  • 3 Eggs
  • 3/4 C Flour
  • 3/4 C Cocoa Powder
  • 4 Regular-Sized Hershey Bars, divided
  • 1 C Miniature Marshmallows
  • 10 Jumbo Marshmallows, halved
  • 3 Low Fat Graham Crackers, broken
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees and grease a 7x1-inch baking dish (can use other sizes, but you'll need to adjust cook times). Combine the sugar, flour, butter, eggs and cocoa powder in a medium-sized bowl and stir just until all of the dry ingredients are moistened.

Break 2 1/2 of the Hershey bars into the small rectangles, then break each piece in half.

Fold the broken chocolates and miniature marshmallows into the brownie batter. Spoon the batter into the prepared baking dish and bake for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and sprinkle the broken graham crackers over the top of the brownies.

Take the remaining 1 1/2 Hershey bars and break into the perforated rectangles. Insert the chocolate pieces into the brownies, leaving roughly half of each piece exposed. Finally, place the halved jumbo marshmallows cut-side down over the top of the brownies. They will spread slightly as they melt, so space them out 1-2 inches apart.

Return the dish to the oven and bake for an additional 30-35 minutes or until the marshmallows are lightly toasted and a toothpick inserted into the center of the brownies comes out clean.
