Fresh Raspberry Cream

  • 1/4 C Fresh Raspberries
  • 1/4 C Confectioners Sugar
  • 6 oz. Fat Free Cream Cheese
In a food processor or with an electric mixer, puree the raspberries until smooth. 

Add the cream cheese; mix.

Slowly incorporate the confectioners sugar and taste as you go. You may want more or less sugar to taste or depending on how thick you need the cream (frosting a cake will require more sugar for a stiffer consistency).

Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before spreading.
